SECURITY POLICY

Alyarmuk recognize the importance of securing its personals, assets and information upon which it depends. In order to ensure the security and continuity of business services these resources must be protected by applying effective and appropriate security measures. This policy  applies  to  all  Alyarmuk  employees,  subcontractors  and  visitors  to  Alyarmuk premises or project for any purpose. Its priority are to:

Protect Alayrmuk’s employees, subcontractors and visitors;

Protect Alayrmuk’s reputation;

Protect Alayrmuk’s business assets.

 

Within our workplace, Alayrmuk’s management provide leadership and a commitment

toward security. We achieve this through the following objectives:

Implement an effective security management system that enable Alayrmuk’s to identify and evaluate potential security threats and manage and respond to security challenges where we operate;

Provide clear instructions, information and adequate security training to our employees, subcontractor and visitors;

Design, procure and construct facilities in accordance with sound security practices that balance risk, cost effective and performance throughout their operational lives;

Ensure the security of the supply chain that support our activities;

Install a culture at all level of Alayrmuk’s to continuously identify, reduce and manage security risks.

 

Alyarmuk policy will only be successful if all employees maintain a consistent and positive

attitude toward security, therefore, all Alayrmuk’s employee shall conduct themselves in accordance with the following guidance principles:

 

Access to all Alyarmuk system, assets and facility will be restricted to authorized use only;

All employees have a right to stop or refuse to perform task if they deem their physical security will be compromised;

All employees are obligated to comply with relevant legal, contractual and regulatory

requirements.

It  is my responsibility as Chairman of  Alyarmuk to ensure that appropriate resources,

including human and finance once, are toward implementing this policy across our operation and communicating t our and standards to all Alayrmuk’s employees.

 

 

SUBSTANCE ABUSE POLICY

At Alayrmuk’s Operational place substance abuse shall be considered unacceptable and shall be dealt with as a major violation of company norms. Zero tolerance shall be the minimum measure.

 

·         Use of intoxicating items, narcotics and other illegal drugs that may affect the normal Physical or mental performance shall be considered Substance Abuse.

·         Any addiction to otherwise acceptable items e.g. anti-depressants may fall under substance abuse.

·         Use of mild socially acceptable substances during duty hours shall be treated as same.

·         Worker shall be subject to health screening if suspected of substance abuse at the time of joining or thereafter.

·         All will be encouraged to report any person or group involved in substance abuse.

·         Health and Social harms of substance abuse shall be effectively communicated to the employees.

·         Any person involved in promoting substance abuse on company site shall be immediately terminated from the site.

·         Company shall promote NGO’s helping substance abusers rehabilitate.

 

 

SMOKING POLICY

 

·         At Alyarmuk human health is given major importance whether they are workers, contractors, company employees, visitors or general public.

·         It shall be strictly observed that, Smoking shall be recognized as clear health hazard.

·         Smoking shall only be done in designated smoking allowed areas clearly sign posted

·         with necessary arrangements Smoking shall NOT be allowed indoors, in offices, buildings, corridors etc.

·         No-smoking signs shall be displayed at entrances of buildings and common places.

·         Smoking shall not be allowed in company vehicles and other vehicles used on

·         company business.

·         Non-Smokers shall avoid smoking areas to reduce effects of passive smoking.

·         All line managers are responsible to communicate the contents of this policy to their

·         respective work force.
