The important infrastructure projects in Oil & Gas field, like most of YOSC’s projects, require a large investment in resources, time and also capital. Therefore, most organizations believe it is better to contract with an EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) company when requiring to implement large scale projects. And that’s when many firms get it wrong and don’t dedicate the appropriate staff for the tasks (e.g. engineers, and technicians). Although, other firms may try to employ the appropriate staff and professional workers, however, their schedule is already full.

In order to get the best outcomes and results that makes the client satisfied, we YOSC as an EPC contractor will make sure of that and will provide the necessary solutions throughout each stage of the project.

Concept Development

Before we can start working on the conceptual design, we need first to prioritize, set goals and objectives for the project. This way, YOSC will design or modify the facility according to the data collected like the required capacity, and the inputs and outputs.

Feasibility Studies
After identifying and choosing one or more concepts, and to determine which concept is better for the project, YOSC can now start with the feasibility studies to assess and evaluate the options of course according to the budget and the client’s best interest.

Front-End Engineering and Design (FEED)

After choosing your preferred concept, YOSC can now start FEED process. And the detailed design, engineering and procurement can now start. Process Flow Diagrams, Process and Instrument Diagrams (P&IDs), Process Hazard Analysis (PHA) are just a few of the documents that will be prepared for the project during this process. During FEED process, a project cost estimate will be provided so that it makes sure the best financial decisions are taken. And these documents and data will not only be useful during the construction phase, but also will be important during the operating process.

Engineering, Procurement & Construction

The construction phase begins after client’s approval, and YOSC will manage labor, equipment and raw materials. All the planning, collected data, and previously conducted tests and prepared documents shall guide the construction phase. The responsible project managers will supervise the works on-site and will ensure that your facility is completed with high quality works. As for the project timeline, schedule, and budget for the contracted project, it shall be managed by YOSC.

Commissioning & Operations

Upon client’s choice, YOSC can assist setting up and operating the facility during the labor-intensive process of commissioning. Then YOSC will hand the operations over to the client, only after making sure that everything is running smoothly and as planned
