Mr. Z.U.M as CTO is responsible for strategic planning, technical execution, Project Management Strategy. He has completed a Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering. His experience spans across Design and Engineering consulting space, Construction, commissioning & start-up with focus on Project and Plant Engineering Design.
A.H.S - DIRECTOR
Mr. A.H.S, as a Director of Procurement; Contracts, Claims and Projects Management, Handling pre and post contracts management role for YOSC Projects Department: Review contractors and consultant’s claims and advice for final recommendations; Prepare full tender documents for YOSC Oil & gas Projects.; Analyze the offers & check the bidders offers for all items; Negotiate offers with contractors & suppliers to get the best offers; prepare LOA and Contract and coordinate to finalize the signature; Prepare General time schedule for projects process; Coordinate and review design with design team. Participating in day-to-day procurement and contracts management by performing inter alia the following tasks: Engagement in end-to-end procurement processes to assure continuity of projects and services; Provide input in RFPs before floating them to market to assure abiding with regulations and applying the lessons learned; Effectively participate in the technical and financial bids evaluation committees; Plan and participate in negotiation processes with vendors; Review and advice on memorandums for higher management approval; Review vendor’s claims and advice for final recommendations; Analyze information’s and shape them in reports allows for accurate decision.
